Use ssh -X (capital X). This "redirects" graphical output to your computer.
With this I reach just my personal files on the server, but I can't find the opt/WindRiver/startWorkbench.sh which should start the program. Please suggest the correct procedure.
If the above does not help, describe exactly what is your problem. Do you see some error message or what? Best regards, -Michal Sojka
