Update of assignment 4

Dear students, auto-evaluation for fourth assignment was updated. Now, your code should be more likely to pass. Also, third test was marked as optional, since its completion is highly dependent on choice of variables. Change of deadlines for assignments 3 and 4

Dear students, we have decided to postpone deadlines of assignments 3 and 4 by one week. Therefore, task 3 is due to next Wednesday/Thursday, task 4 is due to the end of October. Dobry den, mam problem s odevzdanim tretiho ukolu z PSR. Bez ohledu na to, jestli odevzdam jen .c soubory, nebo jako cely projekt, vzdy mi Brute vrati: Automatic evaluation results -- Task '3shm' Failed Unable to find required file '.project'. Uploaded files ./utils.c: C source, ASCII text ./kopaci.c: C source, ASCII text ./monitor.c: C source, ASCII text Failed to find all necessary files. Chyba při simulaci

Dobrý den, U třetího úkolu jsem při snaze o jeho první spuštění dostal tuto chybovou hlášku. Myslím že jsem nějak špatně nastavil ten přístup do sdílené paměti ale nevím jak to zprovoznit. Předem děkuji za jakoukoli pomoc. S pozdravem Lukáš Pospíchal

Update of AE script

Dear students, evaluation script for the second assignment of PSR was updated: - increased execution time of your scripts by 30 seconds: this should be enough to test your code thoroughly even though your implementation is not very fast (solves blank page AE result), - added warnings when required files are missing: still, the evaluation will continue, however this will hold only to this assignment, as next one will treat this as an error, - added warnings when variables 'WORK_TIME' and 'BREAK_TIME' don't have the correct value -- (Changing the intervals is not the right way to pass the upload system!), - added test #9 (more like a sanity check), - moved results to a custom viewer, therefore it is a little bit styled now. Also, some traceback (when an error occurs) should appear everytime, especially when something goes wrong (unexpected exceptions and so on). In case, that you will get only a blank page (i.e. no 'PASSED' or 'FAILED'), please report this right away. Your submissions were re-evaluated, so check your AE result as it was updated. Dear students, evaluation script for the second assignment of PSR was updated: - moved a part of test #5 to test #4 to make it a little bit more clear for you on why the test was failing, - added hints for test #7, - added test #8 as some students shared the same (wrong) behaviour in their code, which wasn't covered by any test. Brute Evaluace

Dobrý den, Po odevzdání úkolu "2Sem" se v kolonce score píše: "Not yet evaluated". Ale mohu si rozkliknout výsledky, když tak učiním tak se zdá že jsem úkol úspěšně splnil. V jiných předmětech během předešlého studia byla evaluace okamžitá po vypočtení výsledků. Neboli, hned jak to BRUTE přechroustal, tak jsme dostali body. Je toto požadované chování BRUTE pro tento předmět, či jsem něco udělal špatně? Screenshoty v příloze.
